A large parcel of land on Mactan Island’s commercial district is being designed by TVA&P into a mixed-use commercial and residential development. The Aquabay Residences shall be composed of two 28-storey towers and another 30-storey tower sitting on an undulating podium with roof gardens. The beach-themed development shall have a large swimming pool with sand-covered decks and lush landscaping between the three towers. The ground level is split into two levels where the upper part serves as the main podium with common amenities while the lower part hides parking and vehicular circulation.
The curved towers shall have a layered wall accent resembling corals that run the height of the buildings. Day and night, this shall give the development a distinct look that shall make it a landmark in the Mactan skyline.
