Aluminum cladding and louvers of the new facade conceal the outdoor unit of the air conditioners that were otherwise exposed on the front facade prior to the retrofitting project. This is made possible by perforated aluminum bearing the company's famous logo that slices perpendicular to the facade for additional volume and depth.

To achieve a modern yet elegant facade, corrugated metal sheets normally used for roll-up shutters in silver and blue powder coated finish were used in a random pattern resulting to an interesting industrial look that matches the company's iron-clad reputation in the industry.
