A renovation projects with a total area of approximately 3.9 ha. There is an existing maritime building which is being used as the main campus and also a machine shop which houses the multiple lathe machines, milling machines and TIG/MIG welding booths. The proposed development of the first phase shall comprise of training facilities including an olympic size training pool, chart plotting rooms, classrooms, open fire training facilities, and other support amenities.
