After the successful completion of the Quorum International Headquarters in Pasig, the owners of Toby's Sports commissioned TVAP to design a sports-themed mall at the Bonifacio Global City with their flagship store and basketball courts that will accommodate practice games of professional teams. A skate park across the street was also included in the program. Although only four levels tall, the clients wanted an iconic building that will attract the young and athletic crowd.

Inspired by the motion of extreme sports such as those seen in skateboarding, a steel, glass, and aluminum volume derived from a rising and twisting ellipse was designed to give the building its distinctive character. Inside the glass enclosure are escalators, ramps, and stairs that animate the building. The unusual shape will glow in the evenings with LED lighting acting as a lantern in the northern section of Fort Bonifacio.
